Occess was developed by Rob Soar and Richard Archer with the aim of improving the culture within many organisations. Rob is the brains behind the system, completing research to create the Occess 'Culture Enhancement Model', the MAP process and the organisation culture assessment tools. While Richard was responsible for the IT components, making this system available online.
